Ideas for our Group

Hello, follow Egg Boss Followers,
Sense i have been made the new founder of this group, i was wondering how to improve activity and i came up with some Ideas that i would like to hear your opinion from.

First: Contests
I do think Contests are a nice way to motivate artists. For this i am think about to ways of approach.
1. would be to make a Contest every 3 months for 1 selected Egg Boss.
2. would be a larger contest for all egg bosses.
For this idea i will provide Point rewards and i would need some help from follow artist to make so nice Artwork rewards for the top 3 Artists. also every person advertising for the contests would be featured in some way. Ones on this page and ones on mine in Contest related Journals.

Second: Discord Channel
As Discord made it a lot easier to have a active  chat as well as voice chat i thought about making a Egg-Boss related channel there.
It would feature a general chat, artwork, voice chat and a RP section.
Discord has been a great way to keep people up to date in real time, as i see with groups related to video games i play. it would also be another nice and easy way to keep people on track with said Contests.

Third: Egg Boss Monthly
Something i am happy our former Founder Silvaze777 made.
I thought i would try to improve it by actually making Journals every Month for each egg boss and actually featuring people who take part in it. It would be good for the group and it my help people be more known around DA.
I will also try to feature these people on my own DA page as a means to spread the word of Artists doing fun stuff like this for a group.

These were the 3 Big thinks.

Lastly i just wanna say, sense i have been watching for it, i will make sure no one will be able to submit into the featured folder as it is meant to feature artworks that have this special flare to them. Make sure you submit your art into the right folder to same me time moving Pictures.

I would like to know what you think of all this ^.^
